Shipping or Returns

SHIPPING
Shipping costs and your package's arrival will vary depending on your location and size of the order. All orders are shipped FOB Milwaukee, WI unless otherwise specified.

All orders are shipped 'Prepay and Add'. Most enrichment products are shipped via UPS, while equipment is shipped via Motor Freight truck.

We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any item, please call within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In most cases, the product can be returned, "unused and undamaged" for a full refund or credit. Return policies are not the same for all items.

DAMAGE
Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800.742.5877 and contact Animals in Mind at (414) 527-7780 or sales@animalsinmind.biz

Should damage occur in a Motor Freight truck shipment, note any damage on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. Then contact Animals in Mind as outlined above.
